About

Our mission in India is to serve individuals affected by leprosy and their families by providing medical care, supporting educational opportunities for children, and sharing the hope of the Gospel.

Sarah currently ministers to approximately 1,100–1,200 leprous individuals living in six leprosy colonies, many of whom are Christians. In a predominantly Muslim region, these communities are often marginalized and isolated from broader society. Through compassionate outreach, Sarah provides essential medical assistance and works to improve the long-term well-being of families within the colonies.

A key focus of this ministry is education. Because many families depend on begging for survival, children are often encouraged to accompany their parents in order to increase daily income. However, education offers a pathway to greater opportunity and independence. Through generous support, we are currently funding the education of 70 children at an annual cost of approximately $8,000.

In addition, Sarah is in the process of building a church to serve as a place of worship, fellowship, and community support for those living in the colonies.

Contributions to Sarah’s ministry directly support medical supplies, children’s education, and the construction of the church.
